Bidrage med feedbackI went to this restaurant for my birthday to have a few drinks by myself, and then returned the next day with a friend for dinner. The bartender Randall was fantastic and even let me try a new tequila. For dinner, my friend ordered the seafood scampi and said it was amazing. I had the special salmon and risotto, which was almost perfect. I also ordered the 5 cheese mac and cheese with buffalo tenders to go, which I always enjoy getting here. We also tried the steak bomb egg rolls, which I had never had before but have now become my favorite appetizer at this restaurant.
The restaurant offers good food and quality customer service, with the only downside being one lady. The burger, calamari, and strawberry lemonade were delicious. The only reason for deducting one star was because we had to send back the cutlery and tea due to concerns of something potentially left over from the dishwasher. However, our kind and attentive waitress promptly replaced them. Good job, young lady!
I was extremely disappointed with the pricey lunch I ordered from Fairmont an hour ago! I decided to treat myself to the Lobster BLT and Steak Cheese egg rolls. The total came to $38. The Steak and Cheese rolls had very little cheese, were extremely bland, and had tons of gristle. I almost choked on a piece and there was zero flavor, not even salt and pepper. The Lobster BLT cost $28 and had very little lobster, lots of tasteless lettuce that didn't seem fresh, and no flavor at all - not even a hint of lobster. It was watery, making the wrap soggy, and there were very few fries, which were the only edible thing. For $28 and so little lobster, I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. The bacon was also raw, not fully cooked, and did not taste like bacon. I have been to Fairmont before and while it wasn't the best, it was good. Unfortunately, this time I had to throw away everything except the fries after only managing half of the steak and cheese roll and 2 bites of the lobster BLT, which should have been called a lettuce wrap.
A friend, who's been here before, invited me to a non valentine's dinner. The atmosphere was very earthy and cozy, the staff was pleasant. The waitress was nice, knowledgeable. We ordered Shrimp Rangon then Lobster Ravioli. The Rangoon tasted fine but too crispy, almost like it was overlooked during the Frying process. The start of the issues was when the Ravioli came while we were still eating the Rangoon, not our waitress but someone else. She was clueless and rude, wanting to put the Ravioli down while there we were still eating and had no room on the table!! We told her to take it back and she had a little attitude! When we later asked for it, the food was barely warm and too salty. We informed our waitress of our discord, she apologized and that was it, she NEVER got the manager! I had to talk to her again and ask for the manager. When he arrived, we explained the situation, he was professional about it and took the Lobster taken off the bill. Will we go back, hard to say!
Omg so there bbq wings are just to die for! I love a good lobster Mac but there max cheese is so too bland for my liking. It's need more Soul flavor
