Olive Garden Hyannis

We had a positive overall experience at this restaurant, although there were very few customers during our visit so we may have received more attention than usual. The food was all very delicious and generous portions. The prices are a bit high, but reasonable considering the quality. One thing to be aware of is that if your kids play games on the iPad provided at the table, you will be charged for it, which seems unfair. Entertainment for children should be complimentary. Despite this, the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

The restaurant has maintained excellent quality and service consistently since it opened. During our most recent visit, we enjoyed a tasty late lunch served by our attentive server, Amber. She went out of her way to ensure her customers were satisfied, even while managing the bar area. For delicious and affordable comfort food, this Olive Garden is a reliable option.

The food was delicious, well-cooked, and served hot in generous portions. However, we were not impressed with the service as it felt rushed. Boxes for leftovers started arriving in the middle of our meal, including for the calamari appetizer. The dinner boxes also arrived before we had finished eating, cluttering the small dinner table and making it difficult to enjoy our meal.

Picked up dinner to go from here on 7/3/21. My meal was prepared by Odette and manager was Hillary. Food was quality and was they read my special request- my wife’s birthday dinner. And they also included a chocolate dessert to celebrate. Very considerate staff. Also delicious food!!

Loved the food, service and hospitality. The vegetarian options were delicious . Loved the crisps with spinach artichoke dip, minestrone soup and the 'make your own pasta '. If you are a dessert lover, do try their chocolate mousse. The raspberry juice is yet another charm. Ample parking space. There may be a waiting time of around 10-20 mins depending upon the inflow of customers and takeout orders.
