Mcdonald's - Hyannis

I don’t know how hard it is getting an order correct, sadly this isn’t the first time. You pay extra for literally nothing. Just wish people would pay more attention. Then of course no one at the store cares.

The food is, well, McDonald 's. Though I did, for the first time ever with any McDonald 's, an uncooked fry. Service was friendly. Outside trash cans needed to be emptied. Seagulls seemed satisfied. Building looks like a Borg rectangle. Only McDonald 's sign that I know of that says Billions and.. is in Newington, NH.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Consistently have the orders wrong. Really appears like this particular franchise is just falling completely apart. Just watched five people leave the line after standing there for over 10 minutes with no one taking an order or even acknowledging us. That was after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes while their employees for whatever reason continue to get my order wrong. Avoid this place like the plague

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The manager has a horrible demeanor she should not be working with the public. This was my 2nd time here and I should 9f never came back after the 1st horrible service we received but I figured everyone has a bad day I'll go again. BIGGGG MISTAKE!! The service was HORRIBLE they messed up our whole order then when I went back to tell them she wanted me to pay again. When it was their mistake. Please get rid of this horrible lady. AND CLEAN UP THIS DIRTY PLACE.

The employees were just standing around talking to their friends that came in too see them. Took extra time to get my food because they were too busy talking to their friends who stopped by instead of doing their job
