Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hutto

I would give it zero stars if I could! This place is ran by immature teenagers who care less about their jobs clearly. Our order was missing half of the items after spending $35 here and had to return to the store to get the missing items only to be locked out(returned within 5 minutes). The people taking their order pay no attention to what your saying, ring up the wrong items, you correct them to have it right on the screen only to be missing half of your food. I saw these employees give attitude to every last patron including another gentlemen who had already been there 20 min and paid to then be told they were out of that now. I saw every person dining in come to the counter missing things or things incorrect. This place desperately needs new management and retraining of their employees!!! I won't be returning!

If I cloud give 0 stars I would . this is absolutely horrible for them to do. I ordered a tender they give me with bone . I also say that the menu wait for ever waiting for someone to take me Order then when we got to the door they has to ask us what we wanted to drink again. I'm not mad just very disappointed ..

Horrible experience... We used the drive thru and they asked us to wait for a few minutes for the dessert to be made. It was no problem as I know it can take time... however it took so long I ended up driving around to the front, parked and went inside to see what happened to our order. Apparently, it was sitting on the shelf and no one thought to bring it out. I decided to double check the order...they forgot a spicy chicken sandwich. So I had to go back inside to imform them. I was never rude or angry, but I received no apology and no acknowledgement of the mistake. I barely got a glance from any of the employees. What a disaster...management needs to rethink their hiring process. We will not be coming back to this location.

Popeyes in Hutto is The worse place to get chicken! EVERY TIME I GO THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF WHAT YOU WANT! The person at the window is stupid not courteous! I ask for a Pie they it would take 10 minutes I said never mind then made me wait 25 minutes for my order made me pull up and no one else was in the line!!! Got home my chicken was older than me, hard, the shrimp tasted like crusted Rock!! I Will Never go there again!! One Star is too good for them other Popeyes are better

Customer service is okay but there is always some problem with the mechanics of the restaurant either they only taken cash and don't let you know until you wait 30 minutes in the line or they only have spicy and it's going to be a 15 minute wait to get mild or some other issue that shouldn't be inside of a franchise establishment. This is one of the worst locations I've visited frequently, always a surprise, and not a good surprise, I will avoid this location for now on, only thing consistent is disappointment. Wow I tried to give them another chance July 13th again consistent disappointment they had a 40 minute wait for one piece of chicken, this place needs to close down, regroup and have a re-grand opening with totally different staff and management and probably ownership.
