Jillian's Italian Grill - Hutchinson

Visited here during hutchinson tour. the staff was somewhat unorganized, but we enjoyed the meal.

What a pleasant surprise, the first time in Jillian’s and the eating, service and atmosphere was excellent. the beet salad was very good and the goatse kicked ball with him was drop good! the pork pliers with spargel ricotta was very tasty. the gentleman at the bar next to me was also a first timer and said his pasta dish was excellent with great taste. in any case worth a stop when they visit hutchinson or live near. will be back.

What a disappointment. Last night was what I was hoping was the third time a charm. that was not to be. yes, the atmosphere is great, the extensive wine card is beautiful. the reason we gave him a third chance. but again it was best to eat moderately. the calamari tasted as if he had been bleached. a trick for seafood was made when it gets old. both my men and my risotto were boiled over, and the spargel risotto had a strange taste, it was not edible and my man and I love asparagus. our waitress was however the best part of the experience.

We had the best service and our waitress was so friendly. they had a fine weeping list and the salmon was also the best.

Went in here for a business dinner and was very shocked at how high quality the service and food were. I started off with an old fashioned at the bar and they made it perfectly. Followed it up with a delicious Caesar salad and ribeye entree with baked potato. All were cooked exactly as requested and came out very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to return. As a matter of fact I don't see myself ever making a trip to hutch without going at least once!
