Waitress was awesome today, the prices are getting high but food was good.. tye leprechaun drink looks good

Got here at 5:30, hardly anybody here, family gets seated, no one ever comes. Finally a kid who can't serve offers to get us our drinks and silverware since our waitress is non existent.... good kid, appreciate him. Finally a waitress comes by to ask us our order, yay, we give her our appetizer and meal order.....took over an hour and a half to get served.....2 of the 4 orders were incorrect.....lettuce had brown all over it, food was cold.....waitress had to be tracked down to refill our drinks … – show

Food was delicious in Hutchinson Kansas. But When we visited the Applebee's in Great Bend Kansas a week before, the steaks were brown. When you order medium rare steak it is supposed to be red. Kinda looked like they had been aging those steaks. But the rest of the meal was good. They did cook a second steak and they looked just like the first.

I have given this location a well deserved negative review in the past. I will say the service here is considerably better today. Angela was pleasant and the manager even checked with me to see how my meal was. Keep this up and I'll be likely to visit more often.

Very good place. Food was amazing even a year later. And staff is amazing
