Bidrage med feedbackHighly recommend a visit if you’re looking for some amazing South East Asian cuisine.<br/ <br/ We opted for the $49 per person banquet which consisted of four entrees and three mains plus rice. Generous portion sizes without being over the top.<br/ We loved the flavours of each dish and the kick of chilli and depth of flavour.<br/ <br/ Would have been nice to have a dessert included as part of a banquet in the shape of a scoop of lychee gelato or something similar as a palate cleanser however not a big deal as the savoury dishes were standout.<br/ <br/ Great seating towards the back for a refined dining experience, and with champagne at $14 a glass, this made for a great dinner.<br/ <br/ Highly recommend and would visit again when we come back.
You can’t help but fall in love with this dinner restaurant also on Owen Street in Huskisson. Wildginger expertly brings the flavours of Thailand to NSW’s South Coast – love. It also offers some incredibly reasonable banquet menus, starting at $39.50pp – love. And you can BYO wine, with a bottle-o right next door – so much love.
We enjoyed banquet a which we found to have good servings and a nice combination of authentic and modern Thai flavours. However for the price of the banquet it would have been nice to have some more interesting entrees (looked like regular deep fried finger food to me) and it would be nice if desserts were included.
Did the bar-fly thing as I was on my own. Cocktails to die for, the bar tender was a great guy. And I had the wrapped pork-belly and then the beef cheek green curry. If there is a better word for delicious? I need it. High-end food in a beautiful little enclave.
Didn’t have a reservation but the man at the bar sorted a table with in 5 mins. Entree was amazing, followed by the mains. Great staff, with great customer service. Really big portions, couldn’t finish.
