Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hurley

Fantastic Dairy Queen! It's a bummer they don't have an indoor lobby because it can be a little uncomfortable on windy days. That said eating was amazingly fresh, not too fat, just right. The staff was friendly, although the order in the window can be a little challenging if you are big like me. They were also generous on the Blizzard size. Great experience building is well kept (new paved it looks), beautiful picnic tables, comfortable room. Recommended if not rain or windy

Dairy Queen to me has the best warm and fast food. Deliciousness

Not entirely happy. The food I got was not fresh. Bun on flamethrower was hard on one side. The soggy fries were not even hot. The two employees I dealt with did not speak good English and did not understand my problems. I'll make the drive to Bessemer DQ next time where I never had any issues.

Ordered online and went to pick up the order... they were closed due to staffing issues. I understand that. But the owner, the only one who can authorize my refund, is at a wedding for the week and can't be bothered to take care of his customers.

The chicken strip basket here is always so darn good and fresh. Always makes me fat dumb and happy ? ?
