Service was slow and kitchen was slow too. Food was good. But by the time we finished eating, we didn't want to play any games.

I wasn’t expecting much considering it being an arcade. However, I was overwhelmingly disappointed. The service was terribly slow. Then the food came out and it was cold. The chicken tasted like it came out of the fridge. Server never asked if we wanted anything to drink after we had our first drink, We sent some food back and it came back cold. The server didn’t really seem to care and no manager came to say anything. I mentioned the terrible service and food and they offered to comp 2 of the 10 meals. Which was fine. After waiting 30 minutes for them to figure out the bill, I looked and no meals were comped. The server took the bill again and after 30 minutes I went over to see what was going on. I finally spoke with the manager. He seemed to care less about how dinner was 2.5 hours long and the food and service were horrific. They finally comped one meal and I was so irritated I didn’t even bother trying to explain they said two. I didn’t want to spend another half hour trying to watch them painfully figure it out The arcade part is pretty fun and kids enjoyed it: but I wouldn’t eat there.

It was a Thursday and they only had a bartender and one server working on a busy night. We waited 45 minutes for our food that was after 30 minutes just to be greeted. Don’t go on a day that they have all you can eat wings they don’t have the staff for it. The worst part about it is that I got a “ comp card” but it’s worthless. If I have to spend $20 to get an additional $20.
