Chicken tenders were small and one of the fries wasnt loaded like it was supposed to be.

The fish was tough and far from crispy. The buford was made with 2 bottom buns and was severely squashed. The fries were soggy and the containers were half empty. The box containing the chili cheese fries was literally falling apart. We did not get the drink with the combo or either of the sundaes. very poor experience.

I love rallys, but this was the WORST food Ive ever had from them! I really want my money back. $30 for burnt chicken strips and 1/2 filled soggy fries (delivery time wasnt the issue- Im 5 minutes from the store and driver was prompt. Why charge me 6 bucks for an XL fry and only fill it half way- if I wanted a large, Id have paid 4.50. If Id been at the restaurant I would have expected everything to be remade... Lesson learned, when Rallys isnt actually accountable to the customer they send out subpar food; Ill stick to my freezer fries going forward! The chicken bites looked decent enough to eat, so atleast the kids arent hungry.
