Bob Evans Restaurant (Huntington)

The food was very good but not the best I’ve ever had even at a Bob Evan’s. The biscuits were a bit too done on the outside and were dried out and the scrambled eggs were a bit flat and boring. The gravy was fantastic and the sausage was quite good as well. I had the sunny skillet with biscuits and hashbrowns. The service was a bit slow even though there were not very many people, but the servers were extremely kind and accommodating. Overall a great experience but could be better. 4/5 stars

Understaffed. Order was not correct. Had to request the condiments more than once (cream for coffee, syrup for French toast, jelly for bread). Definitely there longer than necessary. Gave up on check being brought to us, just paid at the counter without it.

BOB EVAN'S IS ALWAYS THE BEST I even bought one of the COOL T shirts!!!! And it was even better cause I was HOME IN HUNTINGTON WV

Hash browns had burnt stuff from the grill as if the grill wasn't cleaned like I was eating the grill itself, half of it was not edible. The sausage was burnt yet raw inside, I almost threw it up.

My buddy and I went in for breakfast it was not to busy, we waited approximately 10 minutes which is I guess pretty normal. I ordered 2 eggs,sausage and toast also side of grits. We got breakfast 25 minutes later, I didn't get the side of grits till I was pretty much finished with the meal. I asked why all took so long and she said that it was slow so they let another server go,which caused the bad service. Just to go back to the meal I canceled order on grits and breakfast hashbrowns were oily and cool. Management apologized and didn't try to offer any compensation not that we wanted one but would have been nice to at least offer. I just think this place has gone down the tubes only my opinion others may feel differently. The last time I was there was with my dad it was a bad experience then I thought they may have changed, but still same thing I hope some day they come back to the standard people in Huntington exspect.
