Arby's - Huntington

Getting into the parking lot was a hassle especially since the customer in front of me wanted to hold everyone up in order to get in the drive thru line (instead of driving in and pulling around the building to get in the end of the line) I could eat an Arby's classic roast beef sandwich every day lol. Worth the moderate road rage I experienced with the other customer not allowing me to enter.

Got the wrong sauce. Requested 2 horsey sauces and got 1 each horsey and Arby's

Drive thru is EXTREMELY slow. Every time we go there we wait no less than 15 to 20 minutes. Staff is not focused on service.

We got the new philly cheesesteak that was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten do not recommend

Customer service was fast and friendly! Food was great and dining room was spotless. One employee was even cleaning while we ate. The only thing less than stellar, were that both bathrooms were not clean. With that said, we will still be going back!
