Oc Burrito - Huntington Beach

A bit expensive for 2 burgers, nice ideas but can be put together better. Waffle fries are good. Never did eat the 2nd burger.

Spent 20 minutes looking for Burger B but turns out that is an alias. This restaurant has several aliases. Probably trying to avoid bad reviews. Not recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would mainly because of the little rude bartender. Just went in Saturday at 1 pm 6/8/19 went up to the bar to order, let me first state there was 1 person in the restaurant sitting at the bar and she was already eating. I ordered an impossible burger a regular cheeseburger an order of fries. $33.00 ok no big deal. Can I get an ice tea? No we don't have that. Ok water please, she said it would be 10 minutes. Whoops sorry she came back and said no French fries , but we have waffle fries? Ok that will work. 35 minutes later I come back to the bar she looks at me says hi can I help you? Are you kidding me there is no one in the restaurant I just and you don't know who I am? Oh yeah you ordered the burgers. Geeez ok she said there coming. Now a bag containing food came out of the kitchen she said that's not yours. Chef said yours is next. There is no one here! Well 10 minutes more the chef points at me and says yours. I had to get the bartenders attention to get her to hand me the bag and she actually slides it across the bar and says here , it's a to go order so I look inside no fries, she said there coming ! The chef then tells her they are on the bar in one of the bags that's been there for 15 minutes, she goes oh here. Literally throws them too me. No napkins utensils ketchup nothing. We live right across the street and guess what this is the last time we will be back. Let your staff ruin your restaurant terrible attitude and service I think the review by Christine calling her the burger b is right on. Place won't last long.

Bartender was hospitable I give 1 star for that. Did a postmate order for this restaurant that isn't named The Burger B located inside Pacific City as Beau Soleil. Took 1 hour to receive my order. They also gave my order to someone else and I had to wait addition 30 mins... for... truffle fries. If you're down to wait 1 hour plus for your food by all means this is your spot. If not.. save your time energy and money and just get Carl's Jr. They also mentioned that they were backed up with orders and we clearly saw the chefs not doing anything or talking to each other. None of the tables were clean and all you saw were dirty tables, not fully drank glasses left on tables, and a bunch of frustrated online pick up couriers and customers.

First off, this restaurant is not really called the burger b it's Beau Soleil Kitchen Bar inside Pacific City. They call themselves burger b on Postmates and other driving apps to specialize and get more business. They also call themselves OC Burrito Bar and the Artesian Pizza as well. Save your money and do not eat here! The bartenders are so out there they can't acknowledge you when you walk in. I ordered a burger online, walked in and no one is eating there in the restaurant. Still took them 10 min to make me one patty for a burger after I ordered it online 30 minutes before. I also ordered a pizza one time and it was soggy. WAY better pizza places in HB! I hate to roast this place but I use to drive for Postmates once in a while too and I saw how awful the restaurant was and the prices of the food. It's just not worth it. The owner/ manager just doesn't seem to care about the place.
