Caffe Caldo - Huntington Beach

I can't believe it's true! Completely heart broken that this extremely special place to us has closed. We would drive 1hr+ to come have breakfast and coffee here. We have celebrated so many birthdays, our engagement and anniversaries over the last 8 years. The owner was so friendly and grateful for our patronage. The food and coffee had us craving it all the time. Let us know if you see this and decide to reopen a restaurant!

My favorite restaurant ever and I am shattered it's closed. I haven't been able to find a single Salmon Eggs Benedict that is remotely comparable. I miss you Caldo.

They are always closed! Every time we come here they have a sign on the door that says we are closed for repairs. They have been doing repairs for months now. We have drove to the restaurant 5 times because the yelp says it's open and they had reviews from 3 days ago but they were closed again. They do not follow the business hours. I am not sure if we will ever be coming here again. It is obvious they don't care about their loyal customers.

This is a great little place with good coffee, food, atmosphere and service. Whenever, we're looking for a cozy morning brunch, this is our go-to.
