Lee Wong - Huntingdonshire

The restaurant I ordered from was the worst. My order took over 3 hours to be delivered, so I tried to cancel it due to the delayed delivery. The restaurant's response was very rude and they refused to refund me. In the end, I didn't receive my order but still had to pay for it.

The problem is that there are no good Chinese restaurants or takeaways nearby, not even ones that many people highly recommend. This is not Szechuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc. and I doubt that anyone who grew up in a Chinese household would even consider ordering anything from any of these places. It's just low quality food for those who are not familiar with authentic Chinese cuisine, yet people continue to fall for it again and again. However, it does provide a change from the usual Uncle Ben's or Dolmio and offers a hot meal that has some flavor. It may not be snobbish to say so, but it is the reality. Can you experience cognitive dissonance here? Absolutely.

Whenever I frequent Lee Wong's, I always go for the chicken fried rice, which I absolutely adore. I also enjoy having prawn crackers on the side.

I regularly use Lee Wong takeaway. I always have beef curry and my wife has chicken curry. Always plenty of meat, well cooked and not too much onions and gravy which tends to happen often at other places. I always phone the orders through and...they are ready for when I get there and I usually get a couple of cookies to go with them
