Super good food, steak kabobs are bomb. Very fresh, place is nice and clean. Highly reccomend!
The food at Zoe 's has always been great. So, my review is not about that, it is about principle and the customer service experience that I had today. I placed an order through Door Dash. Zoe 's does not allow you to make special instructions through the app so I was not able to indicate that I wanted some Greek dressing with my order. Before calling the store to ask them to put the dressing in the bag with my Door Dash order I had already looked through the ENTIRE menu more than once) for the option to choose Greek dressing. This includes the Fresh Sides menu. There is NO option for adding Greek dressing. When I called the store I spoke to a gentleman. I am unsure of his name and I do not want to implicate the wrong employee so I will not guess his name. He first told me he could not put any dressing in the bag because there is an extra charge. When I told him I didn 't see that option on Door Dash when I was making my order, he insisted that the option for Greek dressing is in the sides menu. I tried to tell him twice that it was not but he would not listen. He kept over talking me stating it is in the sides menu. He did offer to put some in for me this time but in the future I needed to choose the option on Door Dash. He is wrong. There is no option on the mobile or desktop app for Greek dressing. I even checked again after we hung-up because he had me second-guessing myself, even though I knew he was incorrect. Zoe 's, please make your employees know what is and what is not on an app before they decide to tell a customer something. I appreciate him throwing in some dressing for me but he could have handled it much better. His customer service was sub par, simply because he was providing incorrect information, was insisting on something that he was incorrect about, and then made it seem like he was doing me a favor. This experience won 't prevent me from ordering from Zoe 's again, but the employees should be better informed so that the ordering experience is not a hassle for the customer nor the store. UPDATE: I received my Door Dash order and he did not even put any Greek dressing in there as he had promised! :
My daughter doesn't like onion or celery and she wanted the chicken orzo soup, which contains a lot of both. I explained this to the manager, Matthew, and he basically made a separate soup for her that did not contain any onion or celery. Thank you so much!
Their food was nasty cold and the salad was welted it looked like everything was leftover from the day before .
