Qdoba Mexican Eats - Huntersville

Hadn't been in this place in a long time and now I know why. They are very stingy with the meat. I ordered a steak quesadilla, got home and opened it up and saw about a half a teaspoon of meat on each triangle. So, basically I paid for flour tortilla with cheese and salsa. Now I remember why I stopped going here. Won't be returning.

Eating was very fresh. the personal was friendly, and super helpful in the recommendation and explanation of the various protein selection, salsas, etc. the bowl was expensive, but still a pretty good value for the money.

Just lost a customer. My boyfriend lives near QDOBA and placed an online order at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday when they open. He arrived and they said, We have no food. Um...at opening? Apparently, they received a catering order FOR NINE PEOPLE and arent's serving anyone else. They were very rude and when he asked about a refund, they just said, We don't know. This was our second bad experience, but we gave them another chance. We won't be giving them another one. Now we have to figure out how to have our money refunded. Also, how does a restaurant not have food at an opening at a busy location and not even apologize???

Stopped on our way home from The airport and we love qdoba as a rule. We got there at 11:05, it opens at 11:00. Door was still locked so no worries, we sat outside on this beautiful day. Someone finally came and opened the front door so we go in and we are informed that sorry, I they won't be opening for at least another hour. They were not nice about it, just like sorry, but you can't eat here. Never felt more disrespected.

This location is a hit or miss. More misses than anything else. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly rude and the portions were skimpy compared to other locations I've been to. So disappointing.
