Always had a good experience there, estimate that its 24/7 opened n the pumps r always opened

I was one of two people in the store and made an order for a Veggie Sub and Pommes. 20 min later, I had no food for online orders that were not shown there in my time. I ordered one over and had to go without my food and was not refunded yet. Had to pay back via my credit card.

Sheetz is ideal for everything: gas, food, nicotine products (if you are in this). I'm probably going to the convenient locations around Hummelstown at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and the company is constantly upgraded locations, including the addition of self-checkout stations. Always been a place to breakfast at the beginning of a long road trip and a place to have a nice snack in the late night. I am a reward member who also helps me with gas and objects inside.

I went to the Sheetz for many times cuz I live near by it. But I?m really disappointed with the counter man today. He may be a manager or someone since he wears the black shirt but others wear red shirt. He is very rude!! Showing no respect for us. We forgot sth in the car telling him we will grab the wallet and come back in a minute, asking him to keep the staff on the counter. He said yes. But he put all the things back! And after we came back, he?s very rude and letting us to take them by ourselves without helping! And his attitude was awful. We decided never go to this Sheetz again even for the gas!!
