Bidrage med feedbackThe absolute worst customer service I 've ever had! Was on hold for 20 minutes after trying to place an big order online that wouldn 't to through.. Instead of just apologizing for the wait the Manager decided to go on and on about how it 's not her fault they are short staffed and that only two people showed up for work WOW! I told her I didn 't care to hear about that but that I just want to place my order that I had been trying to place for an hour at this point.. Then she hung up on me at the end when I asked a question! Reported to corporate with no resolve and even tried them again and it was the same poor customer service although the 2nd order arrived fast. The pizza is just ok if that. Usually Dominos is the same no matter where you order from.. Not this one. If I wanted to listen to excuses and a sob story I would ask my children questions! I said to her I tried for 30 minutes to place the order online and now I 've been on hold for 20 minutes sure I was a little agitated but who wouldnt have been?! The third time I called to place an order and was placed on hold for 40 minutes or longer then they closed smh I 'll make sure not to order from here again.
They are super busy, but still manages to stay on the track. Great job guys. Stop the good work.
Great place and service !!! They follow covid rules too. The best buffalo chicken with extra meat and cheese ever.
I love the online, its simple, staff is very polite and professional. also in always buiding points to get a FREE PIZZA.
I found that in my pizza. Now I'm bad. What is this hard substance that I just immerse a little? I've never had a problem. I can never eat there again. Delivery people are always so nice, but there is obviously a problem in the kitchen. I'm physically ill now. It looks like a hard piece of plastic or a chicken bone. UPDATE: Your analysis found it was a big animal bone. I was not even offered a refund or compensation! You're LUCKY that my child didn't choke about it or we'd be safe in court.
