Whataburger - Humble

Even being the only person in drive thru lane, this restaurant usually has a waiting time that I consider excessive and at the pick up window, I'm asked what did I order????

I'm from the north east where Whataburger doesn't exist. They are a fast food burger chain, but I feel they offer a superior product than their rivals Burger King and McDonald's. The service is always on point and they've gotten our order right everytime. Best In class for me!????????

I wouldn't say that I frequent this whataburger, but it is one I order from semi-often. I made a curbside order at 8 for pick up at 8:15 and was ther from 8:14 until 8:37 when I went inside and asked the girl at the counter when my food would be done (therewas a long line and it was super busy, so I understood some wait time might be because of that) and she was just overwhelmed inthe front with what seemed like no help. Even when she went back to check on my order she had to grab the bag from a manager whosaid it'd had already been done. I feel like the manager could have reminded her more polietly and been more courteous with myorder. My food was cold when I got it, but I only noticed in my car and it was not worth the hastle of dealing with such a sassymanager so I didn't go back. The girl who made our drinks and the girlat the front counter werevery nice. Bad manager. Everyother time I've went the food and service has been great.

My husband got the number one and of course it was great as usual. I got the garden salad with grilled chicken and it was so good. This location is really clean, and the lady that took our order is the nicest person in there. Even though they're allnice she was awesome. I recommend this Whataburger

First time having Whataburger on a weekend trip to TX. The burgers were delicious! Huge, flavorful and awesome. The fries were good, nothing special. Service at this location was friendly and fast, given the late night rush.
