Starbucks - Humble

The staff never once looked up to greet or say how can I help you. There was maybe 2 ppl in the lobby so they weren?t busy. The girl who looked in charge was rude when it was time to get my drink. They always run out of items and take forever with orders. I avoid going here.

TISHA is the name I was given but whom ever you are please make sure you have great listening skills as to what the customer is requesting for. You were not giving a smile like you are supposed to do as well as the customer had to remind you about a refill discount. You were so quick to take the order and walk away. Now thanks to you I would rather come in at 4am and let the other staff assist me.

They are the bes location hands down. Whenever I come here the are super friendly and fast when it comes to ordering. I love them so much and this is coming from the heart. ??

Starbucks is Starbucks. The staff makes the difference. This store is average at best. They?re not overly friendly when I?m here. The coffee is fine. It?ll get you through the morning.

Came from Florida! First time being here and my sister and I had a great experience here.
