Good food, but forget to put the speck on our burger

What a great surprise! I tried the brisket sandwich and the ripen and will try it again on my way back.

I've come to this place since her opening, but I've been in between about 4 years since my last visit. Since then I have been obsessed with brisket or beef, so I stopped asking for brisket specifically and compare it with that I smoked before 3 weeks. this place is always packed and today was not taken. When I came in, there were about 5 people standing, some saw confused others tired and a little irritated. I knew what I wanted, so I went straight into the counter and asked about the windbreak with fries and twirl rings. the two girls who worked the register, telephone, tables and togo orders looked very tired. the one who took my order was very polite, although she was overwhelmed. after my order, as always I like to check the bathroom. was it okay? Not bad, but a bit strange, as far as it was, and it's unisex. nothing is wrong with it, but I can see where this can be a problem with women. as I wait for my lunch, I noticed that some people in their car had waited for their food. they would come to check it out. I have my order within 10 minutes, not too bad. Great place to eat at. The food is wonderful and the service is outstanding. The ribs are very tender, and the pulled pork is moist, tender and delicious. Salads are good and huge in portion. Me and the family stop here every time we come to Hugo.

I've never eaten or was in, just in a vehicle with someone who picks up eating...but from what I heard they have some of the best eating in the city. Maybe one day I'll try some?
