Bidrage med feedbackOnly needed a lemonade, but didn't have to wait and her lemonade is delicious. I forgot they'd keep the ice. Your lemonade is so cold to remove ice is not remarkable and gives you more to drink. Thank you for this good experience at your location.
The sandwiches were warm after we waited for over 30 minutes. The frits and cettes were cold, we gave them for fresh. No, they roasted the pommes, and they gave us hard bricks. I don't want to visit this sonic soon. Oh, my wife Sandwiche wasn't right. After we waited so long without worrying, we just left. No communication properly trained. Cashiers entrusted their personal money went to their car, had a smoke and came back without washing their hands.
I usually have no bad experiences here, but yesterday I placed an order by the drive thru, and a female employee came to the car, took my card and ran it through the card reader that is on the outside of the building. A few minutes later, a man named Brandon came out and said my card didn't take. I showed him on my bank account where the fee for the meal was pending, so he asked me to wait until I got on the window to see if it goes through. As soon as I was standing on the window, another individual home I suspected was the manager that it wasn't going through his system and after much debate convinced me that they would run my card again. I showed them that now two charges were pending on my account. I knew something was wrong with it, but both assured me that one of the acceding charges would somehow fall. That's why they work at Sonic and not at the bank. Both charges went through, so I was charged twice for the same order. This is very irritating. Please make sure that the card readers work properly and that your employees are trained correctly.
This is my first star? Post? I am very disappointed about this place, maybe they were short or what, but tonight was just atrocious!!! My husband and I knew Fridays were the busiest, but ugh!!!!! We just wanted milkshakes and instead of going through the drive we moved into the park and order our food? lo and behold, this young lady came up as if she didn't want to serve us ..can she was tired?.can't? either so she would have tried to be a little more professional instead of being a hood rat!!! At first she said she couldn't hear us, she came out with a funny attitude, got our orders and LEFT?. We waited long before we decided to go easy!!! Come on Sonic!!! Really?? We will not return soon!! We're going to another area with people, class, kind and clock?? Thank you, but no thanks!!!!
Not busy at all, one car parked under awning 3 behind us to order. After sitting at speaker for at least 10 minutes with NO attention whatsoever we decided to pull up to window being that we didn't want anything cooked still no service. Sat there for 15 minutes noticing that employees took the orders of the cars behind us...totally ignoring us as we made multiple attempts to get their attention. So very disappointing of this Sonic to behave and treat us as if we were invisible and our money was worthless. This will not happen again and how I know it won't is because I will not bother them with my money. I will go elsewhere. Had such a high opinion of this establishment in the past!!
