Kfc - Hueytown

I see why the parking lot and lobby were empty! I ordered a 2 piece meal, they obviously can not count t. I received 1 piece of cold chicken and cold biscuit.. what a waste of

I ordered a 8pc family meal and only got 7 and they were very dry (old). I to tell them and I got no answer.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The lady at the window with her blue an black braids was literally on the phone while it being up to her ear servicing me, She didn’t speak nor ask me how I was doing just very unprofessional. I ask for Mac a cheese once I got home I realize they gave me fries instead, they were also out of tea. I just really hate fast food businesses that doesn’t take pride in they’re job, Just really there clocking up hours for a paycheck, if you don’t wanna work, why even come? Tf.

What in the world. 3$ per piece of chicken;(23$ for 8 piece bucket) that's 30$ per chicken...come on.

They just ripped me off they didn't give me fries that I ordered with 2 meals I paid for and didn't give me a receipt after I asked for one we will not be coming back to kfc in hueytown and the people that's worked there tonight on Dec. 5th 2023 they was very
