We're by chance this afternoon while we toured jaca. we returned at 8:30 a.m. not know what to expect, but were desperate after a vegetarian meal. we were very pleasantly surprised to find juan who does everything for the restaurant and hostel above. he cooked...and served a delicious gourmet vegetarian (vegan) meal, moderate price, including dessert and coffee with soy milk. we had every warm and very tasty sweet soup followed by entreen curryreis with veggies and pasta with garlic and crumble. dark brot, good wine and small salate. we have already made reservations about coming to dinner tomorrow night. he will need help if this recommendation receives attention.
