Well, the place in terms of cleaning protocols and Covid, my respects, super hygienic, they clean your table, they are impeccable and they follow the protocols, which I see in very few places in the Huasteca that deserves a 10. Price: I ordered an order of Tómate/Chile Seco enchiladas that has 6 enchiladas (3 and 3) and cecina plus 3 extra enchiladas of chorizo sauce (without meat) and a small water for $175. The price is average for tourist places. Flavor: Salted tomato enchilada (Maybe I had bad luck) Yummy dried chile enchiladas spicy as it should be I liked them Enchiladas with very rich chorizo sauce, but it was a little salty for me, bad luck. Guava flavored water: Extremely sweet, much more than a peach nectar Jumex. I couldn't finish it and it was a small glass of approximately 500 milliliters. They gave me a bag to put my napkins in for hygiene, they explained to me and the Covid protocol seemed like a good practice. Pros: Excellent hygiene and protocol in terms of Covid. If you are one of those who are looking for this and take great care of themselves, I recommend this place. Cons: The seasoning did not convince me much and I have tried many enchiladas in the area. I have been living here for 2 years and I am from the Huasteca of Veracruz, they also make this type of enchiladas. The price may be slightly higher than other places but for the cleanliness and bathrooms worth. I've eaten enchiladas here twice, I'll try other dishes and I'll change the review. They have a very varied menu, that's why you'll have to try more things in terms of enchiladas. If you come as a tourist and you're looking for very good enchiladas, I don't recommend it.
