I am happy to give this restaurant 4 stars, as they typically provide good service. However, recently there have been several mistakes made. On multiple occasions, I was told there was a wait for a meal that I had no issue with. Additionally, I experienced long wait times and even had my order forgotten on 5 separate occasions. Despite their quick resolution and offering of a free dish to compensate for the inconvenience, I was disappointed when my bill was incorrect due to a mistake with a duck voucher. While I understand that staffing issues can be challenging, proper training is essential for a smooth operation. The staff promptly corrected the error and refunded me $3. Overall, I hope they continue to improve.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly when taking our order. However, during our meal, all we could hear was the staff chatting loudly amongst themselves behind the counter. It seemed like the majority of the employees were young high school and college students. Despite this, the business seemed to be thriving.
