Soho Asian Restaurant Bar - Hudson

Came to dinner tonight and it was amazing! We recently moved to Nashua and had the worst luck finding decent Chinese! We chose Hudson and are so glad we made it! The food was delicious! Everything on the Pu-Platte was great! Rice, Chow my, beef and broccoli, and general pals chicken were also all delicious. Our waitress was also great! When we ordered General Gau's chicken, she made sure to ask us if we wanted less sharp because our young son was with us! I thought that was very nice of her to ask us. Blue Hawaii drink was strong and amazing! Would go back defenitive, very clean and beautiful ambience!

Very nice friendly staff and very patient if you have little kids and the fried rice in the pineapple was a very pleasant surprise.

I really enjoy the Soho..But lately I have noticed a difference. I ordered Lobster sauce, and could of eaten it through a straw was so thin and had no taste at all. Then went again, and the house fried rice, again no flavor..The cook is forgetting something. I love the people there, they are always friendly. But I think they should take notice that something is going wrong. Still loyal so far...

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, May, who was incredibly kind and genuinely interested in ensuring we were satisfied with our meal and service. Instead of a simple "Is everything okay?" she truly cares about the quality of their food and the happiness of their customers. Our waitress, Alice, was attentive and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, clean, and well organized. The seating and tables are spacious, contributing to a lovely atmosphere with soft lighting. There is ample parking available outside, though be cautious as it’s not very well-lit at night, and some drivers can be reckless. The entrance is well-lit and features gentle ramps for accessibility. If you prefer dining outdoors, there’s a nice deck area available. The only downside I noticed was that the bathroom was slightly worn when we visited in the evening, with a pleasant scent but overflowing wastebaskets and some paper on the floor. However, given the busy Friday night, it’s understandable, and I’m sure the staff would address it promptly during less hectic times. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I look forward to returning to support this independent restaurant. They truly deserve to thrive, especially after the challenges they’ve faced recently. Great food and amazing people!

Absolutely fantastic! The portions were generous, and the food was incredible. The service was excellent, with staff that were extremely friendly. The restaurant was also very clean. I will definitely be returning. It's a great place for families or an enjoyable date night. You won't be disappointed!
