I have been going to the drive thru for over a year and loved the ice cream and the employees at the drive-thru are so friendly. For the last three months ice cream has been very cold, frozen and does not even have a creamy consistency. I addressed the issue and they said there was a problem with the machine and they fixed it. So I gave it another try. The first few times it was better, but not 100% better. Yesterday my ice cream was the same frozen mess. They can't seem to get this machine working so I am driving five miles out of my way to the Little Road/Hilltop location where the menu prices are a bit more expensive but the ice cream is great!!!
