Amaia - Hudson

I can't seem to stay away from this restaurant! We tried the Amaia burger and the chicken pot pie, and we can't praise the food, drinks, and service enough. We will definitely be coming back!

Steak was excellent, food and menu has a strong Portuguese influence. The owner danced with guests, definitely a funny, festive atmosphere. Only seemed to be related to each other or a tribal group. In any case, more staff could have been used, but it was clear that the staff worked hard and did not weaken. Although their drinks are not cheap, I drank Maker's Mark, and their infusion was generous.

I had a fantastic brunch at this restaurant! The staff and food were excellent, as were the drinks. The portions were generous and the food was both delicious and safe to eat. The owner, Nilton, was also great. Overall, a wonderful place to dine.

Everything on the plate was excellent, I had the steak and eggs and was particularly impressed by the asparagus, it was huge and perfect!! I've never eaten it so big without being hard and strict. Very happy crowd... I'll be back.

I took my wife and son to this restaurant for Mother's Day and the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic! We started with a variety of cheese and charcuterie, which was beautifully presented with thoughtful garnishes. Our main dishes were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I particularly enjoyed their unique Arnold Palmer twist, combining Honey Jack and Earl Gray tea. The decor and atmosphere were elegant and inviting. We have visited this restaurant for drinks before and always had a great time, so we will definitely be making this our go-to spot for Sunday brunch in the future. Thank you for providing a memorable meal and Mother's Day experience for my wife! You have definitely earned me some brownie points.
