They didn't take any credit cards that were important to me, even we went on a Saturday at 3:00 and there was only one kind of dessert left, so I would advise going a little earlier.
Beautiful small country shop feel with delicious Cochinita pibil to share family style. Fresh tanganade. Menu selections are limited so if you have picky eaters in your group may not have a good choice. Very good quality food, fast and friendly service. And it lived until his name, when at the end of our meal a hummingbird (Colibri) appeared outside the window on the feeder. Would definitely recommend this place.
I've been feeding in Colibrí for years. The wonderful service and excellent food keep me back. Gaby is such a wonderful host and really takes care of her customers and takes exceptional pride on the quality of their food. I love this place and highly recommend the cochinita pibil!
Piden lo que no tienen en la carta pero si tienen cochinita pibil, preferi la trucha, o la sopa de betabel.
El servicio es excelente... Nancy fue muy atenta con nosotros y era como estar en casa. Las enchiladas de cochinita pibil son extraordinarias, con salsa encacahuatada recién hecha y queso fresco. El pan está preparado en horno de piedra y venden quesos y productos orgánicos/locales.En realidad fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos y tuvimos el plus de encontrar antigüedades a la venta.
