The Park - Hsinchu

I can see why some Taiwanese don't like eating. in contrast to many Asian dresses the meat has not the soft and delicate meat that melts with hearty fat in its mouth. they got crispy cruste of bbq, so a part of them are dry and flowing for chewing, very western type of cooking. but I like it, but it is a bit expensive, compared to nearby restaurants.

I am pleased to meet the owner of this restaurant The Park. The owner and staff attitude are good and the service is fast. This restaurant can also provide Halal food which is good. The food is delicious and tasty.

義大利麵跟牛排都好吃，價錢也不貴，胡蘿蔔蛋糕以及手工麵包非常有水準，尤其是胡蘿蔔蛋糕，堅果的香氣搭配的令人一口接一口。調酒的選擇很多，很適合小酌放鬆；老闆是外國人，很健談而且很幽默，非常推薦的好餐廳

The salad is really delicious The hand-made pizza tastes good, not too thin or too thick, The noodle belt is chewy, chewing will have a noodle fragrance, Even the unlucky pizza is very satisfying~ Ribs are the proud signature dishes of the boss, The crust is crispy with a little smoky flavor, The meat is soft and tender, and the seasoning is just right, When tasting, you can dip the attached sauce with a bit of sweet and sour, it is more delicious. The pickles on the side (should it be coslow? are very refreshing, For the side meal, we choose grilled rice, which contains many diced vegetables, The taste is also great The boss himself is very enthusiastic to greet and introduce the menu, and also help us take photos to commemorate, thank you very much I highly recommend everyone to eat~ (Original 二訪。 真的很喜歡這裡的食物！ 沙拉真的好好吃 手工pizza口感很好，不會太薄也不會過厚， 面皮帶有嚼勁，咀嚼會有麵香， 連不討好的pizza邊都可以吃的很滿足～ 肋排是老闆驕傲的招牌菜， 外皮酥脆帶有一點焦香的煙燻味， 而肉的部分軟嫩不柴，調味剛好， 品嚐時可以沾點附上的醬料帶點酸甜，更加美味。 旁邊配的醃菜（應該是coslow吧？）十分清爽， 副餐我們選擇烤飯，裡頭有許多的蔬菜丁， 味道也很棒 老闆本人很熱情招呼跟介紹菜單，還幫我們拍照留念，十分感謝 很推薦大家去用餐～

The good at this restaurant is that it opens early(9 o'clock). the employees are nice and eat are worth the price.
