First of all I was so surprised to see that the staff remembered me , the wine to like the second time I visited. The food is always top quality !! The wine list is exquisite . The staff is very polite ,aware off all our needs and has great knowledge of the menu and wines. Finally great music all day long. A must place to visit !!!

We had brunch and coffee here a few times. The way this place works and runs is well thought with respect to the customer. Clean place with quality and tasty food clearly above the average here in Heraklion. Good selection of savory and sweet food and drinks with good prices. The place feels cosy and the service top notch too-fast and friendly. 5/5

We were a part of five having lunch. Drinks and food were pretty good and prices ok, but the service and timing of meals was terrible. Pros: Cocktails were pretty good Cons: The first two drinks arrived 15minutes after the first ones The meals came in totally different times, the gap between the first person's meal and the last person's meal was 70 MINUTES. Unacceptable. Our waiter did not smile once and the service was slow. Water served to the tables was warm The waiter kept getting our order wrong and had to keep coming confirm it. We did not get good enough compensation for our troubles even when we asked for it 2/5 meals were burnt or otherwise bad during our stay no one came to ask how we were doing

Beautiful and quiet place in the center of heraklion, beautiful decoration and excellent service! very cheap prices and delicious meals for every day!

The food is delicious, the waiters excellent, the wine list is well chosen, the prices very good and the music is superb. What puts me off returning is the fact I went inside to the toilet and the owner/manager passed me as I left and I would have thought he could have said goodnight or thank you instead of ignoring me. Rude! What a shame.
