Had an amazing experience there for pre birthday celebrations. The staff are all very well trained, super friendly. The fireplaces were fired up and cozy and the restaurant packed. The chef's menu is a culinary adventure, wow. With each course, I was taken on a journey of flavours and textures. The attention to detail in both the presentation and the execution of each dish was truly remarkable. From delicate seafood creations to succulent cuts of meat, every bite was memorable. The service is exceptional. The level of professionalism and warm welcome from the entire team is truly appreciated. They knock it out of the park every season, every meal. It’s playful and interactive, without being childish or pretentious. I’ve been too many times to count and have always thought the staff was personable. The drinks are good, as are the wine pairings. I do prefer lunch, as the views are beautiful and there is nothing to see after sunset. Wish they bring back the traditional tuna la Colombe- that is something the regulars look forward to enjoying.
