Very good. They are excellent and the drinks are very good single origins options. I was only there for coffee, but they have small bites and beer and wine options. The location is off putting( 2nd floor of HEB), but the coffee is good varied options from frappe to dingle origin. The service makes this place. You will have every drink with milk alternatives you have several. I come here because the crew is excellent and helpful that the drinks are above average, but the crew is a stand

Very beautiful and elegant design. Was visiting a HEB and decided to get coffee. I didn't know they had a coffee shop for the first time. I was impressed by the service and the quality of my drink. I have the donut-rappe, it was amazing. Crazy thing is that I don't like sweet things usually, but it had the perfect balance. From boldness and sweet, recommend to get a coffee while at HEB.

High quality and very friendly. I have the Viet Coffee, which was delicious, and my mother got a kind of coffee to drink with oat milk. They were fast, polite and everything was super fresh.

I stopped by The Roastery first while I made some shopping at HEB. I ordered her donut drink and was not disappointed. To my surprise, the donuts are made directly in front of you! If you are in this part of the city and need your caffeine repair, stop by and ask for Lynn.
