Bidrage med feedbackI guess it's 3/5 because Sherry or Cherry. She was extremely rude, rushed me all the time. The nice young lady, Rachel, took over and brought my food out. She was super nice and made my experience better overall! The manager has to deal with Mrs. Sherry. This is my second time with Sherry and Josefina bad management. They must be as related as they act. Very disgusting.
I give him two because of the gentleman who took my order was polite. The food was another story. I had ordered a taco cabana salad and just let me say It came mixed with a good size of plastic in my food, I took it back. Yeah, they made me a new one, but of course I didn't eat it. My children had nachos, but they also left it because chips were harder than a rock. You should definitely be careful ppl can get sick we as customers pay for our food it not free. J.
The cashier was great and when they brought our food, everything was delicious. Strawberry mango margarita was so good
The service was extremely rude. Forever to get our food and when we finally got it, the orders were wrong. I have my children's beans and cheese tacos. They put every cheese or beans in him and my wife ordered crispy tacos that they forget the meat. I ordered fajita tacos with cheese. Did not get the cheese and has become like a piece fajita a taco. I mean terrible. I like eating here, but not anymore. Just close it and open something else here. It is a great place, lots of traffic so taco cabana has to move only from this place and allow a food chain that would actually use it would open up there. Not only will time and money go back.
5/29/22 6:30pm girl that is working drive thru have great customer service! Look like they were pretty busy but she kept her attitude very well when I pulled to the window! She put extra sauces in my bag without even having to ask me twice. Great work!!! She needs a raise!!! Will be back
