Bidrage med feedbackDuring a week stay in houston, this diet was too foot of my airbnb. ashley, the manager, greeted me every day with a smile and a friendly word I visited, and I visited every day except 1 week I was there. it is a true jewel and such a kind and good soul. she can say that she cares about people and her job. she is a real gift for those around her.
If this is the future of starbucks i see future competition as this place was terrible. No furniture to sit at no condiments no bathroom no thanks. My niece and got stuck there while we waited on repairs to our rental. If I am paying 4 dollars for a drink part of what i have come to expect is clean place to sit relax and enjoy my beverage. Take that away ... i can make good coffee or tea and i have two ex sbucks baristas in my family to show me.
From charging for water to giving me grande drinks when I payed for venti to adding packets of sugar to my drinks when they ran out of ingredients lol. Will not be going back
Why do I have to either be in my car or download an app to order a coffee? I mean, run your business however you want, but it would be great if you updated your search results with this information so you're not wasting people's time.
I stopped by there to get me and my husband a coffee. While ordering, I wanted a chocolate milk for my daughter and son. They didn't have any so they offered hot chocolate so I agreed. While it was time to pay, the barista saw my kids and handed me a little bag. I opened it and saw 2 cake pops and thought she had gotten confused since I didn't order any cake pops. She Said those were for my kids free of charge! I totally forgot to get her name but would love to thank her for her kind gesture. My kids LOVED the cake pops. #greatcostumerservice
