Candelaris Pizzeria Washington Ave

Very disappointed, it might have to do with it being the night before Easter and the regular kitchen staff wasn’t working. The calamari was over cooked and both pizzas were too. Not enjoyable. It was a family gathering before Easter. We usually go to the store in Holcombe, where the food is excellent. I assume the Washington location would be the same. It wasn’t. A waste of money for over cooked food.

Warm and welcoming; very accommodating to gluten free guest. Delicious food. Definitely will return.

Soggy crust pizza. Too much sauce, barely any spaghetti on the dish I had. Finished the pasta in about 4 forkfuls, and had more than 1/2 cup of sauce left. Mentioned to waiter, lukewarm response and no action taken (attitude was eh, so what?!? .

Good service. Good food. Went for Saturday lunch and the place was nearly empty. Great spot for some pizza. Would recommend return.
