Panda Express - Houston

Food is overpriced for quality. They have really jacked up the prices. Manager is very mechanical and can be a bit rude. Portions are not what they used to be. Tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. This location never has hot mustard. The manager always says the company doesn't have any due to shortages. The other locations I visit always have some. Ni think she just doesn't order correctly. I am done with Panda Express.

Called about an Uber eats order right after placing it to make sure to provide soy sauce and chili sauce. Got neither lmao.

Good is always, customer service was cool but i wish they had actual napkins to give to guests.

Food is good but the whole point of having it already cooked is to make sure it is ready. This is my second visit and both times they were out of mixed vegetables. Both times they had to cook other parts of my order. Nobody was ahead of me so they had plenty of time to cook but instead said if you get something else you don't have to wait. Not much choice if they choose what to cook.
