Mcdonald's - Houston

THIS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE IN THE TWO YEATS OF LIVING IN THIS AREA AND I SEE WHY THEY NEVER HAVE A LINE LIKE ANY OTHER MCDONALDS. STAFF/WORKERS WERE OUTSIDE SMOKING AND CHILLING WITH FRIENDS THE LITTLE YT GIRL ON THE DRIVE THRU WAS ON THE PHONE I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER THREE TIMES MY TOTAL WAS $11.24 IM COUNTING OUT EXACT CHANGE SHE IMPATIENTLY TAPPING HER FINGERS. I WAITED AT THE NEXT WINDOW ONLY FOR THE WOMAN SWEEPING TO JAND ME MY FOOD THAT WAS STILL MADE INCORRECTLY. CORPORATE NEEDS TO GEY INVOLVED BEFORE SOMEBODY GETS HURT BEFORE THE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFULNESS

Not impressed. Cashier was working on paperwork as customers waited to order. Also, my order was to go and I did not realize they had not given me what I ordered until after I 'd driven away. Not worth the traffic to return.

Messed up my order completely and the drivers in front of me. Some how feel ASLEEP on the job somewhere between drive between order menu and first window smh

I don't expect the food to be high quality, but it could be made better by actually preparing it properly. You can expect something to be wrong with every order and every item to be made poorly. This place is a prime example of why people have no respect for the service industry.

Clean and fast service. Friendly staff. A few homeless hanging around but they keep to themselves.
