This place never disappoints. faster and friendly service. eating is typical diner breakfast and lunch. delicious considering that it is a franchise.

The setting of the night ladder at the southwestern Freeway site in houston is absolutely disgusting. I came in tonight to get a doordash.

Last Friday night with a group of friends on kirby. the worst experience of all time. the manager had the worst. she was crazy.

This ihop was great. about the decades certain shops have not prepared the original fluffy pancake recipe. as I travel through the country, the table syrup ads have changed. they had no smells. our waiter was 6 stars. great service.

This is the cleanest and most modern ihop I've ever been! I really like the new coffee bar option as well as the updated modern facility. to be honest, the kitchen entrance seems out of place as it is the brightest light in the restaurant. the lighting is very optimal! eating was just okay. it seemed very laborious. the service was also okay. my server was very attentive, but also quite stoic, lack of eye contact and to-the-script. while I received my food on a timely way and she always checked whether I needed anything, I did not feel any connection to my server. for most people this is okay and some actually do not prefer any connection. This lack of connection, however, concerns the general assessment of my visit. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the 5-star decoration, but must give an honest 4 stars to service and eat. still a place to visit in the future!
