Empire Pizza - Houston

There was a problem with the baking of a pizza in my order. The manager or possibly it seemed like he was the owner, apologized and explained he had to start a whole new pizza. Once the order was ready he gave me the normal pizzas plus the messed up pizza as well plus doubled a side order item. Plus a free can of coke. A small time inconvenience but he made it right, above and beyond service!

I felt it was necessary to leave a review because everyone was so kind and thoughtful. My food was fresh and delicious too. This was only my second time visiting. My first was a couple of years ago. My experience was the same then. I highly recommend. It’s hard to find good food and good service. Keep up the great work!

I love the chicken wing and Mr mazen is a very nice person he always greets and is very friendly the atmosphere is very pleasant and it’s clean inside

There Food is delicious just wow and I have tried there cheese pizza and it was delicious really loved it. More people should try this taste it is all newyork feel sitting in Houston. All thanks to Bee he is Amazing such a heart warming person. So good to have people like this in such dignified restaurants.
