Cyclone Anaya's Rice Village - Houston

Service was very slow, eating was not hot, chips were blah.

We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were initially told that we cannot sit on server because of a lack of server. we finally sat in a cold terrace when there were sitting in the inner unoccupied places. after a few minutes we were finally offered chips and salsa, followed by an additional delay before our server came to the table. we gave brunch menus and asked lunch menus to receive an extremely long time. we laid our commands and waited for eating on the cold table, but it took so long, we asked to go crates immediately, as at our lunch hour and had been almost 1.5 hours in the restaurant. the server was overwhelmed and seemed to have no support.

Very good texmex restaurant. the homemade guacamole was a murderer.

Excellent service and good quality food. It was quiet and our waiter was attentive. The menu offers a wide variety!

Music was too loud. I cannot understand why restaurants have music so loud that everyone has to shout to hear each other during conversations.
