Burger House 45 - Houston

Extremely disappointed. burger was very embarrassing, no taste at all, was overcooked and dry, and the colorful was rock hard. on a food quality I would have what I had today, like the burger king, in which I did not set foot. Moreover, the staff was very unfriendly and demanding. at the payment was told me (not asked), either a tip on the register or cash in the glass. When I presented my card for payment (I did not see how her card here on the back of the [what like] quittungsdrucker looked out and the full function card reader behind the said) I simply reacted with the dude, just put it there when he asked me to fill it back it seemed like a certain question so that I reacted with yes, and a refilling, they are out of ice (which would not have disturbed me). He reacted with us have ice, I try to help huffed, then went back to the kitchen obviously did not want to help as he explains. all in all I won't come back. because of my experience today, I would also recommend to take their money elsewhere.

First, the service for a walk up to order place is out of this world. Very pleasant experience throughout!Second, the food was beyond good! Freshly prepared and again far better than you could ever expect. Do yourself a favor and visit this location for the best food you've tasted.Lastly, the price for the portions you receive are an unbelievable deal.

Wow!Never knew service could be this bad.My coworker just LOST the privilege for picking restaurants on our travels. LOLSo bad. Burgers were marginal too......brown lettuce on the self-serve salad bar....that wasn't even cold.....WARM TOMATOES and mayo....scary!!!Stay away!

We had a group of 5, as far as the food was concerned I don't know that I heard any complaints. It's about on par with any restaurant within 5miles of a major airport. The food was pretty good, the dining room left a little to be desired and the restroom was sub-par. But overall if you need a quick bite in the area i would say you probably won't be disappointed by the taste.

Top bun had a little mold on it. Cashier wasn’t friendly. Burger was not bad. Self serve toppings is nice but some of it had clearly been sitting out for a long while. I wouldn’t go back.
