5-star business. Not only do they have some of the best burgers in town. Your staff is amazing. You really pay attention to the details and get the customer service right. When I ordered my food and gave my cc for payment before the employee returned my card. No other place I've visited since the beginning of the pandemic. I was very impressed. Due to limited seating, employees quickly refurbished seats for the next guest. My food was cooked for perfection and delivered very quickly. When I was ready to leave the staff noticed that my disposable mask was broken, an employee gave me a new one and sent me on my way with a fresh drink. Not only to refill my previous cup, but a completely new to-go cup. I applauded this restaurant and the staff. Every company should be operated.

Great first impression. I've never eaten, but I'm going back. We share the Speck Cheeseburger (I forgot to make a picture), and Chili-Käse-Hund (yes, this is a hot dog on Hamburger Bungalow). The fries were also seasoned. I usually play it safe everywhere when I order a milkshake and stay at vanilla. But Brett surprised me with a sample of cookies and cream when I told him it was my first time. Omg! It's all I can say. I ordered one. I can't expect to take family and friends with me to explore their menu further.

Excellent food service, excellent security measures...you even clean your credit card before returning it to you.

We love this Becks Prime location in 19. St. We were with other Becks Prime, but this is the best, both food and customer service.

Second visit. Never disappointed and always friendly service .. they make you feel like you've known them for several years. Had a dessert size peach shake, spicy tuna sandwich recommended the medium rare and parmesan fries. I love this place and I am glad they are doing the recommended procedures to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Highly recommend.
