Bambu - Houston

I’ve been here twice. Once on a weekday after lunch at Duy Sandwiches and the other time on a Saturday. Both times there was a steady stream of people ordering. The vibe was really chill with people sitting indoors and outdoors. The menu is easy to navigate and the staff is helpful if you have any questions.I ordered a Jasmine Mango Tea and the Smashed Avocado Chè the first time and only the Smashed Avocado Chè the second time. The Jasmine Mango Tea was really good, refreshing and not as sweet as I thought it would be, which is great to me. The Smashed Avocado Chè is exceptional! I enjoyed this chè so much. It is not too sweet but it tastes just right. I’m not a huge fan of boba itself but when combined with the jelly, avocado and ice, everything blends well and makes for a very balanced dessert.I’ll be back for the ca phê sữa đá and salted caramel coffee soon and some of the other teas and chè at some point in the future.Bambu is a solid choice for chè, in a great location in a wonderful community. Try it out as soon as possible!

The cafe is well lit and spacious, and it is always busy with customers. The white furniture gives it a contemporary and clean look.I love #1 here because the coconut water is fresh, and the coconut meat with the other additional toppings (shaved ice too) gives me a refreshing dessert to drink and eat.The mangonada drink is loaded with little squares of fresh mangos in the smoothie, and a chamoy straw with chamoy drizzle gives it a nice kick.The staff are friendly and patient, so I've always enjoyed my stops here.The cafe offers shaved ice cream, fresh boba drinks, smoothies, and a few other counter items to sell.

Best che and drink!Now they even have che dam dua OMG so delicious.Good service too.

Came here for dessert on a Thursday night with my mother who absolutely loves this place!We got the Mangonada shaved ice and it was delicious! It is a bit pricey at about $10 for the dish, but it's also HUGE. Can definitely satisfy 3 people. The two of us had a hard time finishing it...The service was great and fast. It's counter service. You order there, get your number, and then pick it up when they call your number.The interior is nice. Lots of seating. They have outdoor tables too, which we took advantage of :)I have my eye on the Berrylicious one for next time!

Their avocado smoothie is the best. aesthetic place.
