Nando's Hounslow

Ordered a home delivery YET again half the order was missing, no one can be bothered to answer the phone just general not a good experience all. Don’t bother going there or getting your delivery from them.

This handsome man named Kaseem really made our experience welcoming. He greeted my brother and I with a charming smile, recommended some amazing food, and ensured we had a great time. The chefs created excellent dishes and the rest of the staff were lovely as well. We hope Kaseem receives the pay raise he deserves for his top-notch customer service.

The most I walked I was greeted by the lovely gentleman Kaseem. His energy was out of the world, he suggested some amazing food. made my experience here so much better this man deserves a pay rise. Chefs also made the food on point it was cooked to perfection . The floor staff were also absolutely lovely.

Chicken is one meat which has to be cooked correctly. Otherwise it ends up dry and tasteless. Somehow every branch of Nandos has mastered the art of doing it. This is no better,

My visit to the Hounslow branch was quite disappointing. The tables were dirty, the cutlery was dirty, and we had to request for clean glasses and cutlery. The food took longer than expected to arrive and when it did, it was cold. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service was subpar. I would not recommend returning to this branch.
