Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Feltham

The ambiance of the restaurant was very welcoming, combining American diner and cozy lounge seating. Our server was excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu, and helped us with our choices. The food was good, with excellent Vegan and Gluten free options, but it seemed to lack the variety it used to have, such as risotto or calzone, which was disappointing. Dining in cost about £30-40 per person. Overall, we rated the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would recommend trying their burgers.

I was here 2 weeks ago. My husband and I had booked a table for 8pm on a Saturday. We turned up and were promptly seated behind table of 6 male traveller men who were seated opposite another table of their family members/friends. Not a problem. The problem began when the staff totally ignored we were there and despite them stopping to chat to the table of men on the next table and the restaurant being fairly quiet no one seemed to want to take our order. We watched 4 staff members buzzing about cleaning tables, cleaning the bar, and the manager taking photos for the guys on the other table. After the staff all decided to ignore the guys on the other table vaping and wafting their smelly smoke about we decided to leave at 8.30.. and guess what... they didn't even notice. Wouldn't go there again to be ignored. There's plenty of better restaurants in the complex! Meal type: Dinner
