Love the Bayou BBQ flavor! Order was accurate. Service was fast despite it being busy.

The service was so bad. They said it would take approximately 30 minutes-ended up taking an hour! They had other people waiting for their food with the same problem. Also when I tried to get a drink, there was only diet. No one restocked the lids or straws- they only had LARGE lids. But I have to give it to them that the wings are very good. The service is just bad

Wings are good by service is terrible..Last 2 times we ordered for pickup,they forgot sides both times..Had to make a trip all the way back...

DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT I JUST ORDERED WING HERE AND IT WAS LEMON PEPPER WINGS AND I ORDERED GARLIC PARM. I CALLED TO REPORT THE MISTAKE AND WA STOLD TO BRING THEM BACK. I BROUGHT THEM BACK SO IT WAS THEN WHEN I WAS BACK AT THE JOBSITE THEY ONLY DROPPED THE CHICKEN BACK IN GREASE AND PUT GARLIC PARM ON THEM. the chicken was overly cooked and you can still taste the lemon pepper on them oh and the wing i bit off was back in the box. I' am not from the food industry but if you ask a customer to bring any food back it supposed to go in the trash not back inside any grease or anything to contaminate anything. So i WOULD NOT DARE EAT HERE AGAIN. The people in here was looking like they did not want to be there WELL THE MANAGER LADY.

Can’t give more than 1 start when the costumer service is soooooo bad that you call twice at 5:30 pm to place an order for pick up, and they let the phone ring for long time to then pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I guess they don’t need to sell the food…
