Wendy's - Houma

Eating is usually difficult from sitting under the heat lamp, they are happy to catch the dining room open (when they say it is open), and they are really not friendly or nice people, especially if someone already has a bad day, they make all the others feel it too

We stopped here on the way back from Cocodrie and it was not worth going out of our way. It looks SO nice inside, all newly renovated. I should have known to go elsewhere when there was not another soul in the restaurant and one car in drive-thru on a Sunday. They basically argued over who had to take my order when the manager came out the back. She didn't so much as say hi, can I help you , what would you like to order, nothing. Like she literally just stood there and looked at me. I placed my order and go out to my car and start divying up the food and I'm missing stuff. My dad said to go back in, but it was the last thing in the world I wanted to do so I just went without. Nothing was hot, just lukewarm. We passed a McDonald's, Burger King, and a Popeyes to go here. We definitely won't make that mistake again.

Just had to pour my fries out and pick pieces of aluminum off of them because it seems they sprinkled burger wrappers over the fries. Don’t go here they are awful and very rude as well.

Was told off by a tall afr.american in drive thru after going back a 2nd time for y'all mistake!!! Got dms number and she never answered nor returned my call, won't ever be back!!

Ordered a crispy chicken BLT and it didnt get any bacon and they put cheese whenever I didn't even for it. Wendy's you need to do better!
